What You Should Know About The Destination Toyota Express Service

We arrived at the idea to offer Express Service through research that involved a simple concept - "go out and learn". In our findings, we observed two things: guests prefer services in real-time at their own discretion, and few car dealerships could offer this experience. If guests are coming to a dealership to buy and service their vehicles, why not go a step further and offer them an express option.  

The purpose of the express lane is to offer a no-appointment experience. Instead, a guest just drives through to the lane, is welcomed by a greeter, and is escorted to our comfortable brand new guest lounge. Guests are offered coffee or tea and free WiFi. We also have two full-time shuttles for guests to use to go grocery shopping at the Whole Foods nearby. Our exclusive Express Service is only 30 minutes - just enough time to complete some short errands or catch up on a few calls or emails. 

The Express Experience


Pulling into the Express Lane guests are warmly greeted by one of our trained Destination Express Associates. The first step is a tire tread check, followed by an alignment check, engine check, and battery diagnosis. Our goal is to ensure that everything is running smoothly and a printout of the full diagnosis is made available for you to see. 

Afterward, the car is brought to our EnviroLube for an oil change and fluid top up. Our Express is specially designed to service 95% of vehicles on the road and we carry filters and fluids accordingly. While doing all this, we check your tire pressure, vacuum your car and clean your floor mats.

The final stop is our state-of-the-art car wash. We use a water filtration system that recycles the water, using 70% less water than regular car washes, and ensures that even when there is a drought in B.C., our wash service through express is available. We also use a high density foam agent in the car wash to prevent dirt or pebbles from damaging your car.

In case your vehicle requires additional work, such as an alignment orang further diagnostics, we are ready to help, and have the convenience of a Hertz location on site so we can keep you mobile.
