Lease Portfolio Manager

Destination Toyota Burnaby is on the hunt for a Lease Portfolio Manager to join our hard-working lease team. This role will provide you with the autonomy to create and sustain new lease portfolios for our dealership as we have doubled in size and require like minded individuals to fuel further growth.

6 person business manager team that are cooperative in delivering vehicles for our team
High volume, fully equipped Service Department and Body Shop
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for setting appointments and reselling all of our leases that are coming to an end
Prospect and process full and early-term lease renewals
Utilize resources to maintain contact with lease portfolio on a self-supervising basis
Assist with the creation of specific advertising programs
Work closely with the sales department during the delivery of sub-prime client's vehicles
What we're looking for:
A candidate that can exhibit a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, ambition, productivity and accountability
Previous experience related to the position critical
Exceptional selling and negotiation skills and is very performance driven
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Is able to demonstrate strong closings and willing to engage with customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross
Proven track record of generating and handling Lease Renewal leads
Valid BC driver's license and VSA license
Dealership experience
English well written and spoken, additional languages an asset
