Destination Toyota in Burnaby has been servicing our 2006 Tacoma since new. We are extremely happy with all of our servicing. While still dealing with authorized Toyota Service Technicians, they still offer the choice of more economical 3rd party parts (where they feel still offer satisfactory service life). This is extremely important for us to keep our 13-year old Tacoma in top notch operation, without breaking the bank. This visit to replace the clutch (original 13-year old) was dealt with efficiently and well within the “guesstimate” quote given by Sheri.

Chris Hu and Don Preston have always gone out of their way to make any service visits very easy for us. Any parts orders, repairs or warranty work is completed very well. Communications are great and the service dept. is proactive in discussing upcoming recommendations or answering questions. We are very satisfied customers.

Glad to see the customer service is still alive and kicking.Got amazing service from Larry at the dealership. The car i was looking for is in limited supply not only he reserved one for me, but arranged a proper test drive. He did not cut corners on getting my inputs on the deal, actually listening to customer is a lost art. I am so obliged to meet this young man. The Manager had a good positive conversation. Would highly recommend these guys. These past couple of weeks ,I have had interactions with multiple dealerships and these guys made my day. A++++ all the way.
